Planning
IDS community-based experience includes work on mixed-use urban infill projects, resort community analysis, campus planning and design for affordable communities. Materials are often prepared for project entitlement, including site plans, master plans, specific plans, architectural volumetrics and visual analysis studies.
We are skilled at workshop design, public presentations and group facilitation. Our goal is to offer an innovative and comprehensive approach to the complexity of community design.
For these projects we provided anything from existing conditions analysis, site planning and/or master plan documents, public presentations, massing studies, and visual analysis. At any scale, we provide specialized focus attention to both the aesthetics and livability of the built environment.
